Research Report
Research Report
With almost a month gone my research
regarding renowned music magazines have met its conclusion. My research deduced
many valuable results that would defiantly aid me in the construction of my own
magazine. With the result of interviews and questionnaires I came to a
conclusion that the main audience (Target audience) that are interested in this
type of music are mainly ranging from the age of 18 to 40 years. The genre I
selected is heavy metal because it is becoming an increasingly popular choice
of the new generation. Regarding the source of marketing I have decided that
for my magazine the best methods of advertising would be flyers and brochures
that I would display on most visited book shops that serve the same type of
magazines, Also another scheme is online adds on famous metal music websites.
Now that the marketing is decided upon the next question is distribution
process for that as my questionnaires concluded the best and most convenient
methods are Retail shops and online theses will be my sources of distribution.
More or less all magazine offer a free giveaway with their issues same would be
my case I would be offering a Compact disk (CD) featuring an album of the band
that is emerging on my magazine. There after my magazine is fully planned and
is ready to be produced this is my very next task now that I am done with the
research and selection of the most suited methods for me.
